Customized Course Development

One of the ways we are revolutionizing elearning is through the application of multimedia learning theory to our designs. Have you ever said "wow" or "cool" while taking an elearning course? We think you should.

All Maestro courses are produced through collaboration between our instructional design and creative design teams. We apply the Maestro Touch to your project from the outline stage to the final implementation.

Annual Laboratory Safety Refresher

  • Client: Cubist Pharmaceuticals
  • Industry: Medical / Pharmaceutical
  • Date: January, 2010

Cubist Pharmaceuticals previously provided a mixture of "off the shelf" online courses and multiple classroom sessions to refresh staff on the legal and procedural laboratory safety responsibilities. • Date: January, 2010

A division of Zimmer, Inc. needed to train sales reps on the benefits of a unique Zimmer material, including how to sell the product and handle common objections. As part of an exclusive discovery process, Maestro spent time at Zimmer mapping out their short- and long-term learning objectives. Those objectives were instrumental in helping the Maestro design team craft several interactive learning modules designed with Flash, 3D animations and video role play. As a result, Zimmer’s sales force has a better understanding of its products and can confidently handle competitive-driven objectives.

  • Client: Stryker Corporation
  • Industry: Medical Device

Stryker saw an opportunity to improve its quality processes and train staff in compliance-related matters by instituting a quality management system called Trackwise. As part of launching this new system, Stryker saw the need for training, including hands-on experience. Maestro proposed a solution consisting of multiple elearning modules for different software users. Using a “see it, hear it, apply it” methodology, the resulting modules provided a demo of the activity with voiceover and then immediately challenged the learner to apply the demonstrated material. In the end, Stryker was not only better able to meet its compliance requirements, but it possessed the assets to further tailor their training for their international facilities.
